DRESS CODE
π€ β¨ 2026 Homecoming Dress Code: The Fun Version β¨π€
Welcome to HOCO 2026! Before you saddle up for a night of dancing, photos, and Texas-sized fun, here's the quick rundown to make sure you're dressed to impress and actually get through the doors!
π Gentlemen: Cowboy Cool Meets Formal
β
Wear a long-sleeve button-down dress shirt
β
Wear dress pants OR dark, non-ripped jeans (because Texas)
β
Sport coats and suit jackets are awesome, but optional
β
Dress shoes, cowboy boots, or clean white/nice tennis shoes are welcome
β No ripped jeans
β No bandanas
β No baseball caps or casual hats
β No slippers (this isn't your living room)
π Ladies: Shine Bright, Stay Classy
The goal is to look amazing while keeping it modest and dance-floor approved.
β
Dresses should be elegant and modest
β
Length should be at least mid-thigh/fingertip length when standing
β
Midriff must stay covered
β
Dress backs and cutouts should be tasteful and not extend below the natural waistline
β
Make sure everything stays covered while dancing, sitting, jumping, and having fun
β No exposed midriff
β No front cutouts
β No excessive back cutouts
β No visible undergarments
β ABSOLUTELY NO CLEAVAGE
π¨ The Most Important Rule
If you're wondering, "Do you think this dress/outfit might be pushing the dress code?"... it probably is. Choose something else!
ποΈ No Dress Code = No Dance
The dress code will be enforced at the door and throughout the evening. If your outfit doesn't meet the requirements:
π« You may not be admitted
π« Your ticket may be forfeited
π« No refunds will be provided
β Bottom Line
Dress sharp. Dress modestly. Respect that this is a formal event hosted by a Christian organization. Follow the guidelines, and you'll be free to enjoy a night full of friends, dancing, memories, and Texas pride!
Remember: It's easier to change your outfit before Homecoming than explain to your parents why you watched everyone else dance from the parking lot. π€ πππΊ
