The Tomball Christian Warriors are looking to take the next step on their journey to serve the Lord and support our Homeschool students.
Since the organization started we have been blessed to have access to some local churches, Spring Creek Park, Rosehill and of course the Farm League for the majority of our practices and games. Several years ago, our athletic directors mentioned the need to begin looking for a future permanent home for the Warriors.
This year the board is actively looking at partnering with a Commercial Real Estate company to review real estate development solutions to our needs. Whether it is buying land and building he sports complex, to buying the land and developing frontage for NNN tenants, TCW will look to finding a solution that best meets the needs of the campaign and organization.
The Warriors ideally would like to begin with having access to enough area for Football and Cheer
- 4 Lighted athletic Fields, 1 being Turf (for Game days), possibly covered.
- This would allow practice for Varsity, JV, JH, Flag and Cheer (when not at the gym).
- Note: Fields can also be created/rented out for use by possibly: Soccer, Baseball, softball, flag, tournaments
- 8 Lane Track
- Locker Rooms
- Room for both home and visiting teams
- Covered or Enclosed Practice Area
- Utilized for Texas weather
- Fieldhouse
- Weightroom
- Film Room
- Indoor Kitchen
- Training Room
- Offices/Meeting Rooms
- Indoor Cheer Floor
- Basketball/Volleyball Courts
The goal if possible would be to raise the money via Sponsorships and donations as opposed to putting the organization in debt. Our immediate goal is to begin raising enough funds to be able to engage a commercial real estate company to begin partnering with and then to raise the funds needed for purchase of the property.
