Final installment of Get to Know Your Eighth Grader: David Weyler

I interviewed, eighth grader David Weyler for the eleventh and final segment of our Get to Know the Eighth Graders series.

Claire: Do you have a pregame routine?

David: Nope.

Claire: What do you listen to pregame?

David: Nope, nothing really.

Claire: What positions do you play?

David: I play as a Linemen and Linebacker.

Claire: What do you enjoy about those positions?

David: Mainly pushing people around and making a mess of things.

Claire: How long have you been a part of TCW?

David: About one year.

Claire: How did you hear of TCW?

David: Through my friend Charlie Bowman.

Claire: What teammates stand out to you as good football players?

David: Cole [Cummings], Santi [Marroquin], Jeremiah [Hernandez], Drake [Olson], and a few others.

Claire: Do you have a favorite TCW related memory?

David: Mainly my first time when I finally clicked on, and finally understood my passion, and my love for football.

Claire: Do you have any football nicknames?

David: Nope, not yet.

Claire: Where is your favorite place to eat after a game?

David: Usually I would probably say maybe Beyond Burger. That’s what I went to once.

Claire: Do you have any hobbies other than football?

David: No, not really.

Claire: What is you favorite color?

David: My favorite color is blue, aqua.

Claire: What is you favorite school subject?

David: Probably, the hardest one, Math.

Claire: What do you love about football?

David: Mainly what I said earlier: pushing people around, making a ruckus, and getting to the football.

Claire: What do you love about your team?

David: I love that they are passionate, loving, and give you a good game, and knock you down, but always pick you up.
