Warriors Cheer returns home as the National Runner Up from FCC Competitions

On our way back to Texas after an amazing victory for Tomball Christian Warriors. I told the girls when we started our cheer season we were the best private school/homeschool team in Texas, I then corrected myself and said, “actually the Nation!” I know that’s a strong statement and we had a ton of “first” for our team this year.

First time to go to cheer camp, first time to advance in stunts, first time to have two All-Star Cheerleaders , first bid to Nationals, and we made history with our team and had our first ever Cheer Competition. A month before the National competition the doors opened to go to Florida for Nationals. The girls pulled the money together with sponsors and we jumped in with both feet. I’m astounded that we are bringing home 2nd in the Nation with the only team of homeschoolers at the competition, not to mention five of our girls have NEVER cheered before! We also hit every stunt and tumbling pass gaining us (hit zero) 2x’s, meaning zero points deducted for falls or drops.
