Tomball Christian Triumphs
After having lost a blowout in their previous game against East Bernard, Tomball Christian was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They never let the Fort Bend Christian Academy Eagles onto the board and left with a 24-0 victory. The Warriors might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four contests by 23 points or more this season.
Tomball Christian HomeSchool’s defense was in the mix too, especially the secondary: they snagged four passes before it was all said and done. Bryson Zbylot led the group effort, picking up two of those interceptions all by himself.
Tomball Christian HomeSchool’s win bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Fort Bend Christian Academy, their defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 1-4.
Tomball Christian HomeSchool will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Houston Christian at 7:00 p.m. on October 11th. After each having a week off, Fort Bend Christian Academy and Kelly Catholic will shake off the cobwebs and challenge one another at 7:00 p.m. on October 11th. Fort Bend Christian Academy is facing Kelly Catholic at the right time seeing as Kelly Catholic is stuck on a four-game losing streak.
